  Using sophisticated software based on the NIST XRF standards we can provide detail data analysis of what virtually anything is made of. We utilize filtering software to look for specific elements or to remove false positives from the findings.

• Preventative Maintenance

  Using XRF analyzers to routinely inspect large mechanized equipment (e.g. independent pistons or cylinders using oil or hydrologic fluids) can target fluids that are inside the equipment. Overtime, we can monitor and see the change in the amount of metal inside the fluids and can inform you when to change a part before it breaks, thus reducing costs and downtime on the equipment.
